HEAD CHEF

About the Role
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:
Leading and mentoring the kitchen team

Stock ordering and supplier management
Ensuring compliance with food safety and WHS regulations
Maintaining high-quality presentation and consistency

Proven experience as a Head Chef
Strong leadership and team management skills
Solid understanding of food cost control and budgeting
